📌 50% down payment (DP) is required to be paid on or before the deadline posted. The remaining balance can be paid on or before the item arrives in our PH address.

📌 It is required to fill out the Payment Form every time you send your payments. If unable to fill out the payment form, kindly send your screenshots via direct message.

📌 Confirmation of your payment will be sent through email/direct message once verified.

🌸🌸🌸 CANCELLATION 🌸🌸🌸

📌 We DO NOT ALLOW cancellation of orders. All buyers must be 100% sure before placing an order.

📌 We would charge a cancellation Fee of 50% of the total amount of item paid.

🌸🌸 DELIVERY & SHIPPING 🌸🌸

📌 Normal ETA from Korea usually takes 4-6 weeks.

📌 Customers are responsible for the local shipping fee (LSF)

📌 Shipping Couriers:
📤 within Metro Manila: Lalamove / Grab
📤 Provincial: Gogo Xpress / LBC/ JRS Express

📌 Delays due to the courier, the customs & weather conditions is beyond our control. Noona’s Hive Magic Shop will regularly send an update regarding your orders.

📌 No returns will be allowed for more than fifteen (15) days after delivery.

📌 We will send a photo of your items before shipping. Noona’s Hive Magic Shop is not liable for any damage once it is already shipped from our end.

📌 A clear unboxing video is highly encouraged as proof of any damaged item if it happened during the courier’s handling.

📌 Manufacturing defects are beyond our control. We will not be held liable for any defect if it is sealed.

📌 In case of refund, transfer fee will be charged to the total amount to be refunded.
